Hi there,
Can you help in solving the problem below?

The airplane (jet or the other one) is on the special surface, which can run backwards - opposite the direction of the tested airplane ready to go. The speed of the moving surface is equal the speed of spinning wheels of the airplane at any time that is regulated persistently and efficiently by a special device. The problem (question): will the airplane be able to run on this surface and then take off?

No, you would never get lift on the wings since the plane is not moving in relation to the relative wind.

as the other person correctly stated, a wing will need an airflow before it generates lift, it doesnt rely on the speed of the ground.
