Here is all the info I have about the F-16's payload and weights

operational empty 6607 kg (14 567 lb); typical combat take-off 10 335 kg (22 785 lb); maximum take-off 14 968 kg (33 000 lb)
maximum ordnance 15 200 lb (6894 kg), including to AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles on wingtip launch rails.
